Combine generative AI with conventional AI types to improve your EX and CX

The use of generative AI has spread faster than any other technology in history, including the internet and personal computers. Many companies are now using generative AI in testing or limited production, and 25% have fully implemented it at scale.

But generative AI also poses a risk by overlooking other types of more traditional AI that are often better suited to specific tasks or jobs.
