The initial ability to change, maintain and update the solution quickly disappears if you do not continuously work in the solution, which often happens easily in organizations with many different active initiatives. A risk with this is that the solution and its use gradually deteriorates, falls behind and dissatisfaction spreads.

Aimed at organizations in need of limited assistance, where one or more consultants from Synerity are on site, or work remotely about half a day a week, and can help you with your most important tasks in the system to support you.
Scope: 16 hours per calendar month, equivalent to 4 hours per week, or distributed in a way that suits your organization.
Price: 25 000:- /month (excluding any travel costs).
Support: Synerity's Silver support package is included!
Reinforcement of resources Medium
Aimed at organizations in need of limited assistance, where a consultant from Synerity is on site, or works remotely about 1 day a week, and can help you with your most important tasks in the system to support you.
Scope: 32 hours per calendar month, corresponding to 1 day per week, or distributed in a way that suits your organization.
Price: 40 000:- /month (excl. any travel costs).
Support: Synerity's Silver support package is included!
Reinforcement of resources Large
Aimed at organizations that need help and support on a larger scale. With about 3 days a week, on site/remote, a consultant or team from Synerity can assist your organization with the help you need to maintain and develop your system.
Scope: 96 hours per calendar month, corresponding to 3 days per week, or distributed in a way that suits your particular organization.
Price: 100,000:- /month (excluding any travel costs).
